Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, with broken seals, or with incorrect products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We will arrange either a free replacement shipment or a full refund at your preference. You do not need to return the damaged items.

General Return Conditions

Unopened Products

Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original condition with all seals intact. Contact us before returning to receive a return authorisation number.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products and health regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Once a product seal has been broken, we are unable to verify product integrity for resale and therefore cannot offer a refund.

Non-Delivery

If your tracking shows your order has not been delivered within 5 business days of dispatch, contact us. We will open an investigation with Royal Mail and either reship your order or issue a full refund once the investigation is complete.

Return Shipping

For authorised returns, we recommend using a tracked postal service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged item, etc.).

Receive Authorisation

We will review your request and issue a return authorisation number within 24 hours.

Return the Item

Ship the sealed product back to us using a tracked service. Include the return authorisation number.

Refund Issued

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3 business days to your original payment method.
