How Delivery Works

You receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary.
Packed and Dispatched
Your order is packed in plain, unmarked packaging with no visible product identifiers. Orders before 4PM ship the same day.
Tracking Sent
You receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel.
Delivered
Most UK orders arrive the next business day. Your postman sees an ordinary parcel with no identifying marks.
Discreet Packaging
We understand that privacy matters. Every order is shipped in plain packaging with no product names, brand logos, or descriptions visible on the exterior. The return address uses a generic business name. The shipping label contains only your delivery address and a Royal Mail tracking barcode.
